Once your site is up and running you will want to ensure that it remains that way over the longer term. Each site we build comes with 12 months technical web support. However, you will also want to ensure that it is regularly checked and updated to keep pace with the changes within your business.

Every site built by Brainstorm Media is equipped with the facility for you, the client, to conduct any changes to the content of the website yourself, and training to this effect is given once the site goes ‘live’.

However, many people feel that it is more effective to ‘outsource’ these changes, as they simply don’t get around to making the updates and therefore their website falls behind the business development.

Sites built by other web designers can also benefit from this service. Obviously, we will need to analyse the site prior to commencement to ensure it is of a viable standard for our support – if it doesn’t make the grade you may wish to discuss a redesign.


Each maintenance support package includes:
